To observe and follow the rules and regulations of the Company as contained in the employee's manual and in memorandums issued and to be issued by management from time to time.
Understand client requirements and business objectives.
Provide strategic advice to achieve goals
Manage initiatives and collaborate with POM and Team lead
Ensure execution of FiliPay methodology
Prepare Proof of Concept based on client requirements.
Support new technology implementation
Train end-users based on the set-up of the system that has been configured
Provide assistance on functional issues
Provide an effective on-call response service
Serve as a QA for any development within the given project
Suggest system improvement and process to clients
Ensure data integrity all throughout the project implementation
Provide weekly report to Team lead.
Provide all milestone deliverables to ensure completion and compliance with project assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience with payroll industry
Must be self-motivated and able to work with a team.
